Some regional shuttles depart, every 30 minutes to an hour; others operate only if a reservation is booked. It is recommended that an advance reservation be made prior to your arrival at ATL. Provides Service to the International Terminal only.Off-Airport Parking providers are located on the North lower Level only. Follow signs that lead to the lower north level from baggage claim. Once you exit out of the lower north door 1 (LN1) make a left turn and proceed ahead.
Once you have made a reservation, your driver will either meet you inside the terminal near the atrium or curbside on the South or North lower level. The pickup process should be explained when you call to make the reservation.

More than 200 companies provide limousine service to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as well as to areas surrounding the Airport. Many companies offer stretch limousine and executive car service, while others provide executive car service only. Contact the company directly to make reservations or to ask about additional services. Once you have made a reservation, your driver will either meet you inside the terminal near the atrium or curbside on the North or South lower level. The pickup process should be explained when you call to make the reservation. All limousine service must be arranged in advance. Any state-licensed limousine company is allowed to drop off passengers at the terminal curbside.Only authorized Ground Transportation permitted limousine companies can pick up clients from the Airport.

A set fee applies between the Airport and the central business district. A special per-person rate applies for two or more passengers.
Flat rate zone to and from the Airport. $2 charge for each additional person. Initial airport usage fee $ 1.50 will be added.
Once the gasoline price for regular unleaded fuel has averaged between $2.90 and $4.39 over a 14 consecutive day period according to the AAA published data, there shall be imposed a fuel surcharge of $2.00 per trip.

There shall be an initial money drop of $10.00 for each trip.
For each additional passenger in excess of one riding in the vehicle on the same trip, $2.00 per person. Only one child in the company of an adult will be charged the additional passenger fee; any additional children will not be charged any additional passenger fee. Children under six will not be charged.
There shall be no charge for use of additional space for luggage, trunks or cargo for which the trunk space in a four-door sedan would not be adequate.
A 20 percent discount on a metered fare be given to a disabled person or person age 65 or older.
Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors N2 and N3. Rideshare pick-ups occurs on the arrival level outer curb. Exit out of the A1 or A2 door and proceed straight across the crosswalk for your selected ride.
Currently there are only two Rideshare Companies authorize to pick-up from the airport. The two companies are Uber and Lyft. To utilize these providers you must have their apps on your phone.

The Rental Car Center (RCC) is a one-stop facility that houses 12 rental car brands and vehicles for ATL guests. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the RCC is just a few minutes away from ATL via the SkyTrain, an electric-powered automated people mover system that connects the Rental Car Center to additional parking and the Airport.
In addition, the International Terminal Shuttle provides service between the International Terminal and the Rental Car Center, and runs approximately every 15 minutes.
The ATL SkyTrain provides complimentary transportation for more than 5 million guests annually. Powered by electricity, this automated people mover system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It connects to the ATL West Parking Deck , Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), Gateway Center Arena, Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway , AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway , SpringHill Suites Atlanta Airport Gateway , and the Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel.
In 2009, the SkyTrain replaced diesel-powered shuttle buses, resulting in reduced traffic on area roadways, reduced vehicle emissions and convenient transportation.
Prior to conducting any pickups at the Airport, a company must be permitted by Ground Transportation.
Ground Transportation will contact you to schedule an appointment. Please make preparations to pay the annual permit fee upon approval.

Bring applicable receipts for payment to the appointment. Payment of all applicable fees including, but not limited to invoices, citations and liquidated damages, must be paid before the permit can be approved.
IMPORTANT The permit is not valid until you receive written notification from Ground Transportation advising that your permit is approved and complete. You are not authorized to conduct commercial operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport until you receive this written notice. You may be subject to fines, denial of your permit and other corrective actions if you operate without authorization.
